Michael Topolinski III brings 20 years of experience in real estate and is the Founder and CEO of the family businesses InteRo Property Development and of MetaWealth. Together with his three children—the Partners built InteRo into a leading property developer in Bucharest, Romania. Today, InteRo and MetaWealth jointly form a €1.8 billion GDV project.

6 years ago, Ashton Topolinski relocated to Romania and joined the family-founded real estate company, InteRo Property Development. As Partner and Head of Marketing, she leads the company’s brand and marketing strategy and execution. In 2025, Ashton took on the role of Head of Marketing at MetaWealth, elevating the brand to a new level with strong lead generation and strengthening its international presence.

Michael Topolinski IV joined InteRo Property Development in 2019 and is part of the founding family behind the company alongside his father, brother and sister. As Partner and Head of Sales, he leads the company’s sales strategy, driving performance and strengthening client relationships across its developments. Michael leads MetaWealth’s operations as COO and oversees operational strategy while supporting the company’s international expansion.

Richard McLaughlin-Duane leads origination and structuring of institutional-grade real assets and energy infrastructure at MetaWealth, focusing on utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. He has closed 13 transactions across Europe, with BESS being the newest asset, supporting the €1.8 billion GDV platform with InteRo.

Denis Ciupag brings 8 years of sales and investor experience and has experienced big success in real estate in Romania and, more recently at MetaWealth. Denis leads Investor Relations at MetaWealth where he ensures investors understand the MetaWealth’s investment platform’s value, performance, and commitment to transparency.

Alexandra Dumitrescu manages the sales team at InteRo Property Development, approaching sales as long-term relationships rather than transactions. She specializes in residential real estate, guiding clients through every step in the decision providing clarity, consistency, and trust, while ensuring outcomes align with market realities and deliver lasting value. Alexandra has delivered impressive results in recent years and brings value to the team.
