A market with exceptional fundamentals for storage. Some key details about this asset are that it has a capacity of 100 MWh, RTB-ready, land owned outright.
We offer three specific products: prime real estate construction, stabilised rental portfolios and energy infrastructure. Markets and sectors we know intimately and operate in directly.
The total investment of €19.5m for the 48MW / 100MWh portfolio reflects an all-in cost structure of approximately €195k/MWh.
