We are thrilled to share the incredible progress we've made on the journey to unlocking real estate investment for everyone.
The investors in our first asset, Northlight + New Confort City Residence Apartments, have recently received their first and second rental incomes, marking two exciting milestones.
Monthly distributions of $10,717 have been successfully transferred to 153 wallets. The first payment was made on May 19, followed by the most recent payment on June 15. This remarkable achievement not only validates our platform but also reinforces the fact that real estate investing truly pays dividends.
Looking ahead, we are eagerly anticipating the next payment, which is scheduled in July. If you are an investor, you should have already received a notification on your phone and can view the details in your portfolio on the activity screen. Even if you didn't invest, you can still stay updated on the timeline and distributions of this asset by accessing the MetaWealth app.
It's worth noting that early investors were fortunate to secure an exceptional deal. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our real estate partners and a team of industry experts, MetaWealth successfully acquired 30 apartments and ten parking spaces from two residential projects in Bucharest, Romania. These properties were obtained at a remarkable 17.4% discount compared to an independent valuation conducted by Colliers International.
