We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager Intern to join our fast-growing startup. As part of a small, dynamic team, you’ll wear many hats and get hands-on experience in everything from process optimization to cross-team coordination. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how a startup runs behind the scenes and excited to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly across different departments (product, marketing, finance, customer success)
Assist with setting up and improving workflows, tools, and internal processes
Take ownership of small projects — from planning to execution — to solve operational bottlenecks
Help track KPIs, build reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making
Collaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks (no two days will look the same)
Contribute to documentation of internal processes and playbooks
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
Curious problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
Strong communicator and team player
Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.); bonus if you’ve used project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)Excited about startups, entrepreneurship, and making things happen with limited resources
